Your First Visit
Personalized Exam
We get to know your story — your habits, history, goals, and what makes you feel comfortable in the chair. Your visit includes a full set of digital x-rays, a 3D iTero® scan, a head and neck exam, and a detailed evaluation with Dr. Rosen.
Cleaning & Periodontal Care
Our hygienist will assess your gum health and provide a tailored cleaning based on your needs. You’ll leave with practical home care tips and a better understanding of how your oral health supports your whole-body wellness.
Planning & Next Steps
We’ll review your treatment plan, walk through your insurance coverage or membership options, and explain costs clearly. If follow-up care is needed, we’ll map it out together.

We have lots of convenient, free parking right outside our building!
