Dr. Karen Rosen, a dedicated practitioner in dentistry, boasts a rich educational background and a diverse professional portfolio. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language from Pacific Union College, an experience enriched by a year of academic study in Spain. Her pursuit of dental excellence led her to Loma Linda University School of Dentistry, where she graduated with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2006.
Dr. Rosen’s career began in Sacramento, CA, where she practiced dentistry and contributed as an offsite clinical faculty member for the University of California, San Francisco School of Dentistry. After returning to her beloved Southern California, Dr. Rosen continued her private practice career while serving nine years as an Assistant Professor at West Coast University’s School of Dental Hygiene, as a Clinical Supervising Dentist, and teaching the Spanish Curriculum.
Dr. Rosen is committed to continuing education and leadership in dentistry. A lifelong learner, Dr. Rosen recently completed the esteemed Guiding Leaders program in 2023, furthering her commitment to excellence in dentistry. Her philosophy of care is rooted in creating personalized and gentle dental experiences, mirroring the impactful ones she had as a child, which steered her toward her profession.
Dr. Rosen developed a love for dentistry at 12 when her family dentist created a comfortable and stress-free experience for her when she needed cavities treated. Dr. Rosen believes in practicing personalized, skilled, gentle, and compassionate dentistry for patients of all ages. Dr. Rosen is passionate about patient education, contributing to the prevention of dental issues, creating trust with thorough exams, taking the time to explain necessary treatment, and performing the highest quality dentistry in as comfortable an environment as possible.

Dr. Rosen happily extends her expertise to serve underprivileged communities, engaging in numerous dental outreach endeavors in countries such as El Salvador, Guatemala, and Mexico and local initiatives like CareNow in Los Angeles.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Rosen cherishes time spent with her family, enjoying culinary adventures, outdoor activities, crafting, and photography. She is also a proud pet parent to her rescue cat, Indie.
